Ann and Matt Heaney are amazing. I was quite nervous about the process of selling my first house, considering I was overseas for the entire process. Ann and Matt walked me through step-by-step, made sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations. I really felt as if Matt’s 20 years of Wall Street experience extremely benefitted me throughout the entire negotiation process.
